Deliveries

Orders up to 10am Mon-Friday will normally be collected by our courier service the next day.
All orders after 10am will be collected two days later.
Saturday,Sunday and Bank Holiday orders will be collected the next working day.

Once collected by our Courier delivery time depends on your location, but they endeavor to deliver the following working day after they have collected from ourselves. Factors such as inclement weather may increase delivery time. Therefore please allow at least 3 working days for your order to be delivered.

Delivery

As we are a wholesale site we are delivering multiple boxes. Depending on the size, weight and number of items your order contains we will either use our Courier service or send your order on a pallet(s).Shipping costs will be based on your address and will be calculated automatically when you sign in. An estimate can be gained by using our shipping estimator.

Pallet Rates

We will deliver to you free of charge for orders between 60 and 80 boxes per Pallet.

(Excludes Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Western Isles, Isle of Mann, Isle of Wight , Orkneys and Shetland Isles. A £40 surcharge is levied due to the extra delivery cost)

Mix and Match & Pick N Mix

If you order in units of 10 boxes your delivery will always be free. (Excludes Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Western Isles, Isle of Mann, Isle of Wight , Orkneys and Shetland Isles. A £15 surcharge (£37 Republic of Ireland) is levied due to the extra delivery cost) This is due to maximun weights for the Courier. Also Mainland Post Code areas IV, KW and PH incur an additional £8 surcharge. See map

1 to 9 Items are £6.50 (National) £15 per 32kg Northern Ireland and Off Mainland. £37 per 30kg Republic of Ireland.

10 Items are Free . £15 per 32kg Northern Ireland and Off Mainland. £37 per 30kg Republic of Ireland.

11 to 19 Items are £6.50 (National) £15 per 32kg Northern Ireland and Off Mainland. £37 per 30kg Republic of Ireland.

20 Items are Free . £15 per 32kg Northern Ireland and Off Mainland. £37 per 30kg Republic of Ireland.

21 to 29 Items are £6.50 (National) £15 per 32kg Northern Ireland and Off Mainland. £37 per 30kg Republic of Ireland.

30 Items are Free . £15 per 32kg Northern Ireland and Off Mainland. £37 per 30kg Republic of Ireland.

31 to 39 Items are £6.50 (National) £15 per 32kg Northern Ireland and Off Mainland. £37 per 30kg Republic of Ireland.

40 Items are Free . £15 per 32kg Northern Ireland and Off Mainland. £37 per 30kg Republic of Ireland.

41 to 49 Items are £6.50 (National) £15 per 32kg Northern Ireland and Off Mainland. £37 per 30kg Republic of Ireland.

50 Items are Free . £15 per 32kg Northern Ireland and Off Mainland. £37 per 30kg Republic of Ireland.

51 to 59 Items are £6.50 (National) £15 per 32kg Northern Ireland and Off Mainland. £37 per 30kg Republic of Ireland.

60 Items are Free . £15 per 32kg Northern Ireland and Off Mainland. £37 per 30kg Republic of Ireland.

61 to 69 Items are £6.50 (National) £15 per 32kg Northern Ireland and Off Mainland. £37 per 30kg Republic of Ireland.

70 Items are Free . £15 per 32kg Northern Ireland and Off Mainland. £37 per 30kg Republic of Ireland.

71 to 79 Items are £6.50 (National) £15 per 32kg Northern Ireland and Off Mainland. £37 per 30kg Republic of Ireland.

80 Items are Free . £15 per 32kg Northern Ireland and Off Mainland. £37 per 30kg Republic of Ireland.

Any orders over 80 will automatically default to a Pallet.

Prepacked Starter Packs and Stands.

Starter Packs and Stands are shipped free of charge.

(Excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Western Isles, Isle of Mann, Isle of Wight , Orkneys and Shetland Isles. A £15 surcharge is levied due to the extra delivery cost)

For the Republic of Ireland the surcharge is £32.

Please note that deliveries require a signature on delivery.
Once the goods have left us we are unable to change the delivery address.

Our Courier deliveries are undertaken by UK Mail. If you do not receive your order the next working day please contact UK Mail on 08451 552 552, with the tracking number quoted in email confirming shipment... If you are unable to resolve non delivery with UK Mail then please call us on 0121 558 9541 as claims will only be entertained by us for non-delivery or damage on goods if made within 24 hours from delivery date.

In the unlikely event that some of your item(s) are out of stock, we will contact you either by email or telephone to confirm the delivery date and order status.
We reserve the right to substitute any item for one of a similar type.
(Example: if the manufacturer discontinues a particular sweet we will do our best to find one of the same type, flavour and colour via a different manufacturer.)

The Consumer services department will assess the problem and may reimburse you.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods,and return the goods with a covering letter describing the problem.This must also contain your order number.

Goods returned to us by post must be sent via a 'signed for' delivery.
we cannot except any responsibilty for goods returned to us that are lost in transit.
We will not be held responsible for damage caused due to atmospheric conditions while the goods are in transit. (Example: chocolate that has melted or bloomed due to hot weather)

Refunds

All refunds will be reimbursed (Or part reimbursed) to the card you used in the original transaction or by Cheque.
